Origin: CHINA

This exquisite green tea is produced in Jiangxi province using the first flush of tippy shoots. This tea is expertly processed almost entirely by hand into thin needles by dry frying the leaves twice in a wok and carefully rolling the leaves. The aroma is sweet and savoury like caramelized vegetables. Subtle astringency balances the light and crisp flavour, lending it depth and complexity.
