Our Charcoal Oolong is completely produced by hand, from the harvest to the roasting.  The process is completely controlled by the tea master according to his experience to control the fire temperature and duration when roasting tea. Charcoal Oolong has a hint of wood flavor and is very smooth with a mild sweet finish.
