 Tie Guan Yin translates to Iron Goddess of Mercy and it is a lightly roasted sweet and floral oolong famous for its naturally sweet aroma. This oolong has a thick mouthfeel and wonderful fragrance. The tea is scented with Osmanthus flowers which are rolled and baked with the tea leaves to infuse their fragrance. Highly recommended for lovers of green fragrant oolongs as well as people who want to try oolongs for the first time!
