Rooibos is a caffeine-free herb from the Cedarberg region of South Africa. It is a bush with needle-like leaves that produce a smooth earthy taste with mild sweetness. It is great on its own, or can take milk and sweetener as well. A nice drink for the evening when you don't want caffeine.
